Use of Avevion

Avevion is a jewelry-focused social platform where users may create profiles, publish photo and video posts, discover content, search profiles and posts, follow users, comment, like content, and use in-app purchase features.

You agree to use Avevion only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

Account and Profile Information

You are responsible for the information you provide in connection with your profile and your use of the app. You agree not to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

User Content

You retain responsibility for the photos, videos, captions, comments, tags, and other content you submit through Avevion. You represent that you have the necessary rights to post such content and that your content does not violate the rights of others.

By submitting content to Avevion, you grant us a license to host, display, reproduce, process, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Attempt to interfere with the app’s security, stability, or normal operation.
• Use automation, scraping, or unauthorized access methods against the service.
• Misuse reporting, blocking, commenting, or other community features.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, limit, remove, restrict, or disable content or access where we believe it is necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, respond to reports, comply with legal obligations, or maintain the integrity of the service.

Virtual Coins and In-App Purchases

Avevion may offer virtual coins and related in-app purchase options. Purchases are processed through the applicable platform provider. Pricing, availability, and package structure may change.

Except where required by law or platform policy, virtual items are non-transferable and non-refundable once provided.

Avevion may rely on third-party services, including platform services, purchase infrastructure, analytics, and attribution tools. Your use of those services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

Termination

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avevion and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.
